  1. You get the “Contact Us” button on your site on each page and post by simply using the 1 line of code. If you are on wordpress then there is wordpress plugin which does it for you.
  2. This plugin let you set up a out of box “Contact Us” page on your wordpress site.
  3. You can customize your Page with various options in the settings of the Plugin
  4. You can set the Branding of the emails, like header and footer image for emails being sent to your customer when they inquire on your site.
  5. You will get email from the any inquires submitted from your prospective customer with the source of the page from where the question/inquires were submitted. (Many time you must have seen that we get inquires saying that “Please tell me price of this prodcut ?” it’s hard to tell what your customer is asking in this case. To aovid this if you know the source of the page from where user has submitted the request would certainly help in most of the cases. )
  6. You will have access to full emails you have got from the users/visitors in our reporting area
  7. You can also send email from the reporting area to your customers
  8. You know if your email was read or no
  9. You will get last request of your customers in the same inquires to better undersatnd the past request and evaluate your response.
  10. You will see the location of the request to build geographical case study for you in Future
